3.4 Capturing Images and Sound during the Event
During the event, photographs and/or films may be taken by or on behalf of the data controler. By registering for the event, you acknowledge, as already briefly stated in registration confirmation email, that photographs and video materials on which you are depicted will be used for press coverage and published in various (social) media platforms such as, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc., publications and on the website of the data controller.
4. Deletion of Data
The collected and processed data will be deleted immediately after the expiration of the purpose of use, but only after the expiration of time limits for possible legal claims or for defense and defense in possible legal matters.
